1. Introduction
AerSov (“we”, “us”, or “our”) places the highest priority on protecting user personal privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy fully elaborates the rules of data collection, usage, storage, processing and protection when you download, install and use AerSov visual creative application and all built-in functional services.
By downloading, installing and using AerSov, you fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any clause herein, please stop using the application immediately.

AerSov does not integrate, invoke or cooperate with any third-party artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, third-party AI algorithms, or third-party AI processing services.
This App does NOT collect, transmit, upload, share or disclose any user personal data, uploaded images, portrait information and biometric data to any third-party AI service providers under any circumstances.
All visual creation processing logic of AerSov is independently completed through the platform’s self-developed system. There is no any third-party AI data transmission behavior, and no user data will be sent to external AI parties. No user consent for third-party AI data sharing is required in this application.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Voluntarily Submit
Account Data: If you register an account, you may voluntarily provide your email address and custom nickname.
Payment Information: All payment services are independently undertaken by the official Apple App Store payment channel. We will not collect, store or obtain your bank card information, billing credentials and any private payment data.
User Uploaded Creative Materials: Original images actively uploaded by users for core creative functions including Art Tune, Photo Flow, Blend Clip, Rhythm Move, and Look Refresh.
2.2 Automatically Collected System Information
Device Metadata: Mobile device model, system version, device identifier and network status.
Application Usage Records: Function access records, creative operation tracks and in-app interactive behaviors.
Operation Logs: App running logs and crash data, only used for internal fault repair and operation optimization, no external transmission.
2.3 Visual Creation Processing Data
Original images uploaded by users for all creative functions:
- Art Tune: Images uploaded for style beautification and aesthetic retouching
- Photo Flow: Single images uploaded for style video generation
- Blend Clip: Two uploaded images for blended style video creation
- Rhythm Move: Portrait images uploaded for dynamic rhythm video production
- Look Refresh: Images uploaded for portrait style scene matching and styling optimization
Custom creative parameters selected by users: aesthetic styles, video templates, rhythm effects and styling templates.
Visual works generated independently by AerSov’s self-developed creative system.
3. Legitimate Purposes for Using Your Data
We only use the collected data within the following legitimate service scope, and will never expand the usage without authorization:
- Operate and maintain all core creative functions: Art Tune image beautification, Photo Flow single-image video generation, Blend Clip dual-image blended video creation, Rhythm Move dynamic rhythm production, Look Refresh portrait styling optimization
- Execute user’s creative requests including image aesthetic retouching, style conversion and dynamic video generation
- Manage user account status, membership permissions and functional usage quotas
- Verify official payment orders and activate premium functional permissions
- Push version updates, new template resources and service reminder notifications
- Respond to user feedback, consultation and technical support requests
- Fix system bugs, optimize running performance and ensure application stability
- Perform legal compliance obligations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
4. Visual Creation & Data Retention Rules
4.1 Independent Processing Explanation (No Third-Party AI)
All image analysis, style rendering and dynamic video generation of AerSov are completed by our self-developed independent creative system.No third-party AI interfaces, third-party algorithms or external AI processing services are invoked throughout the whole process. All data processing is independently completed by the platform with no external AI data interaction.
4.2 Data Retention Cycle
Uploaded Original Images: Original images uploaded by users will be automatically and permanently deleted after the creative rendering task is completed and takes effect.
Generated Creative Works: Generated visual works are retained in the user’s personal creative library for user viewing and secondary editing, and users can independently save, export or delete works at any time.
Account Information: Persistently stored until the user actively applies for account cancellation; all bound account data will be completely and irrecoverably cleared after cancellation.
4.3 User Content Ownership
Users fully own the intellectual property rights and ownership of all uploaded original images. We only obtain a limited non-commercial, non-transferable authorization to process user materials to provide creative services, and this authorization will never be transferred to any external parties.
4.4 Portrait & Biometric Data Protection
The App only temporarily analyzes facial contour features locally to realize aesthetic retouching, dynamic rhythm and styling optimization effects. All biometric and portrait data will be completely cleared immediately after a single creative rendering. We will not permanently store, collect or share any user biometric information.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure
No Third-Party AI Data Sharing Confirmation: We will never sell, trade, rent or share your personal data, uploaded images and creative content with any third-party AI service providers, AI algorithm institutions and AI training platforms.
We only share minimal anonymized non-private data in the following limited legal scenarios, and all cooperative parties are non-AI service providers:
- Trusted service partners such as cloud hosting and security maintenance providers, who have signed strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using user data for AI analysis, training and processing
- Mandatory legal requirements: disclose data in compliance with official legal judgments and regulatory requirements
- User explicit voluntary authorization: share specified data only with user’s clear confirmation
- Enterprise restructuring: data transfer accompanied by business transfer with consistent privacy protection standards
6. Data Security Protection
We adopt end-to-end encryption transmission, isolated data storage framework, multi-layer access verification and regular security audits to fully protect user data security. All creative data processing is isolated from external AI systems to avoid any unauthorized access and leakage risks.
All network transmission cannot achieve absolute security, and we will try our best to adopt industry-standard technical means to protect your data information.
7. Your Legal Data Rights
You have the right to view, correct, export and clear your personal account data and creative records. If you need to exercise data rights or consult privacy-related issues, please contact our official email. We will reply and process your application within 30 working days.
8. Minors Privacy Protection
This application is suitable for users aged 13 and above. We do not actively collect personal information and portrait data of minors under 13. Once minor data is accidentally obtained, we will delete it immediately and completely.
9. Third-Party Service Statement
AerSov only integrates the official Apple payment channel. No third-party AI creation, AI analysis or AI rendering tools are embedded in the App. We are not responsible for the privacy rules of Apple’s official payment service.
10. Cross-Border Data Transmission
This App does not actively transmit user personal data and creative data across borders. If overseas data processing is involved, we will ensure equivalent privacy protection in accordance with legal standard clauses.
11. Policy Update
We may update this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to service iteration and legal requirements. The latest version will be displayed in the App settings page. Continued use of the App after updates means acceptance of revised clauses.
